Our Delivery Terms
We only deliver products in the United Kingdom (UK). All orders are delivered by our delivery team and sometimes via a secure local courier.
Your order will be delivered at a time that suits you. The decision is yours…
Products will be delivered to you (the buyer) at the address provided by you on the order form. We can deliver to an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
All Products must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
You will become the owner of products you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you. Any dates quoted for delivery of products are approximate and we will endeavor to meet them. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of products however caused. If, however, we are unable to deliver your products by the date quoted for delivery, you (the buyer) shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
Please it’s important to note that, Obeliver Drinks Ltd assumes no responsibility for the delivered product the moment you (the customer) signs for delivery. It is highly recommended that the product is checked upon delivery and any problems are reported to us as soon as possible. Please see our terms & conditions for further information.

Orders placed between 6:00am – 15:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and delivered between 24 and 48 hour from order date depending on receipt of payment.
We currently offer FREE London delivery for orders over £200 and Orders under £200 within 10 miles (from SE25), otherwise:
Our standard 48hour delivery charge is £4.99 per order below £100 outside 10 miles.
The costs are calculated automatically and presented in the delivery box.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 4pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.
Please do not book a delivery unless somebody will be in to accept it during the hours stated above or you have opted to have the goods left somewhere safe.
At peak times or during adverse weather delivery may take a little longer. If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours of receiving a delivery notice, please let us know.
Courier offices are closed at weekends so we may be unable to rectify non-delivery of goods reported to us after 2pm on Friday until the following Monday.
